Tuner crashes with no error

I go to launch Tuner by its self on the machine and it crashes with no error. This is a fresh install of Admin Studio on this seat.

Confirmed Admin Studio and Install Shield launch.

Tried to launch Tuner, get a UAC screen, a launching splash screen appears and then it closes.

Looks it was calling an iside.exe

"C:\Program Files (x86)\AdminStudio\2020\Tuner\System\iside.exe"

Tried several different compatibility settings on the exe:

• Run as Windows 8, 7, and XP
• Reduced color mode
• 640 x 480 resolution
• Disable full screen optimizations
• Run this program as admin

They all had the same issue.

Checked the event logs and do see an app crash entry for it:

This crash wasn't seen during the QA phase of AdminStudio 2020. I will pass this feedback to the team right away, meanwhile I suggest you to file a support case by navigating to Get Support -> Open New Case. We need to evaluate if this issue is specific to your environment, a support case would help us co-ordinate with you directly.

I too am having this issue on Windows 10 v1909 - is there a workaround? I have submitted a case but really frustrating that this is happening!

I was given a new dll that resolved it kind of but could still create the error in another spot, they closed my ticket

I also have this problem in Admin Studio 2020. Tuner crashes without any error dialog. Is this still an issue for Tuner in AdminStudio 2020? Event log reports this (sorry it is in swedish and not english, will try to translate some of it):
