Symptoms:
When attempting a post-capture, Repackager shows an error prompt saying "Repackager has stopped working" or it crashes. (Refer Repackager has stopped working.JPG)
Diagnosis:
This is caused because it requires some pre-requisites to perform repackaging.
Solution:
Please Install the following latest Pre-Requisites:
1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (x86) Redistributable.
2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (x86) Redistributable
3. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Visual Studio 2012 (x86) and (x64)
4. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Visual Studio 2015 (x86) and (x64).(Refer Repackager pre-Requisites List to be installed.JPG)
Note:
For Remote Repackager, you need to install all of the prerequisites on the machine where the Repackager is currently being run.
Once you install all the prerequisites, try again to repackage and it should work successfully without any error.
