Shortcuts and GPO installation

hello guys. I have this interesting problem. I have an app that works perfectly, but here is one thing. When installed manualy, the shortcuts appear and when uninstalled they dissapear. When this app is deployed via GPO, the shortcuts will not go away after uninstalled the app. If i change shortcuts to "Not advertised", they dissapear correctly. Any ideas?

I think this is as per expected behavior. Actually when you assign a package using GPO the shortcuts get created on users desktop. Now since the default value of feature property 'Advertised' is 'Allow Advertise' for all features, shorts should remain even after uninstalling the product by a user.
