I've installed AS on Win10 VM's and when I run the repackager initial snapshot it gets around halfway through the snapshot and then the wizard just disappears. No errors pop on screen and it's no longer showing in task manager. Event viewer shows that there was an app error but of course doesn't give good details as to what caused it. I've tried it on 3 separate VM's and all do the exact same behavior.
This would need our support team to look into. Please report a support case for our support team to work with you to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, as an alternative, you could try repackaging using the installation monitoring method.
