Repackage to Merge Module?

Is it possible to repackage to a Merge Module? We want to create a set of merge modules for various third party applications rather than having a MSI.

If this isn't possible with AdminStudio - is anyone aware of a tool that will conver an MSI to a MSM?

Developer 8.01 can be used to generate a .msm.
I would suggest building it from scratch rather than trying to convert a MSI to MSM. If it is a small MSI it should be pretty straight forward.
