hi Marcus
Welcome to the AdminStudio community.

Did you repackage application into MSI or author it from scratch?

It's possible that you have set certain permissions on your MSI package which restricts you to install your package on this machine. I will recommend you to try installing it with Administrative priviliges. Try also installing it on Win2K machine.

Also, try installing any commercially available MSI package (like Acrobat Reader) and see if it does install on your machine.

If the problem persists then please contact our support and they will help you debug it.

Thanks Ali, I have sorted it now.

It was the install condtions in the template which have now been set to 0 from 2.

This works now.

The problems I am having now is that when installing an msi and then logging in as a new user the shortcuts aren't copied and some applications error with the machine does not have a licence to run this application.

In the template it has been set to AllUsers .

Any ideas ???
