InstallShield AdminStudio includes complete Windows Installer authoring and editing functionality, InstallShield Developer. You can upgrade your InstallShield Professional projects using InstallShield Developer. Alternatively, you can repackage your legacy setups into Windows Installer package (MSI) using the Repackager tool in AdminStudio. Thanks,
