License renewal on new machine

My Machine got corrupted needs to be destroyed Hence lost the Adminstudio 2018  licensed version.
0A27-E151-3755-4341 is the key.
Need your assistance in release from previous machine 10.236.57.186 and activating the License in the new machine 10.236.57.80.

My work has stuck due to Installasheild  License activation, I have raised this problem with "SupportSurvey@flexera.com" on Sep 2nd 2018 , please try to understand and reply asap.

If your company owns a valid maintenance plan you can open a case through the community by going to Get Support->Open a Case. The email address for support is support <at> flexera <dot> com
