Invalid active language error

I have adminstudio 3.5 with admin packs 1 and 2 installed.

After taking a snap shot of a particular program I then procedded to run the the legacy conversion wizard to create an .ism file.

Wile trying to run the Developer 8.0 I received the following message:
"Installshield Developer cannot open "y:\...project name.ism". You have invalid active language in your project. Please contact installshield technicle support for more information"

I then procedded to run the legacy converstion on the same .inc file using adminstudio 3.5 without any admin packs and it worked perfectly with no errors.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This is a known problem and will be fixed in the next release. For a workaround, launch the Developer from the AdminStudio Tools/wrapper before using the Legacy Conversion Wizard or doing repackaging conversion. This needs to be done only once when you install Adminstudio. This will load the required language support for your project.
