Installing Adminstudo Prof, Best Practice?

Hello

Atm Im repacking applications on Windows 7 32-bit system.
I have an installation of AdminStudio 9.5 on a Windows XP.

Does it matter on which operatingsystem AdminStudio is installed into?

Im going to install the latest version of AdminStudio (11?).
Im thinking of installing it on a Windows Server 2008 R2, would that cause any trouble when I want to repackage to Windows XP systems later on?

A while ago i had AdminStudio installed into Windows 7, and sometimes when i created Windows XP captured applications and made a MST-file it didnt work to install the MSI+MST into a Windows XP-system with the MST, but without it worked.

If I reformulate the question.

Can anyone share their experiences of their own environment?
* Which version do you running of AdminStudio?
* Which operating system do you use AdminStudio with?

EDIT : As AdminStudio 11 requires IIS, you cant install the latest version of IIS on clientbased versions of windows as Windows XP and 7. I tried to install WebMatrix (with IIS7 included) without success, since the installationspackage still request that IIS is installed on the machine.
