How to Build in Automated Application Conversion

Hey any one knows how to "Build" while using the "Automated Application Conversion"
I dont see any option...... if i like to do any changes in application or Customised it as per requirement...

Please ..... Advise ....

? AAC is building during the process..can you be more specific?
You can always edit the .ISM after the process...

How to generate a msi to install the App-V project at run-time......

I already got AppVLauncher.exe.....??????

Change Tools > Options > Create Installation MSI to True.
