We bought install shield admin stidio 3 std edition via the internet and requested that to save on shipping that we wanted to doenload it of the web.
The URL was sent to us as well as the password and serial number.
When we went to the site to download we were not asked for a password or a serial.
The download completed and when we tried to install it the system returned " program to big to fit into memory" error on the Windows 2000 Prof as well as server. We then tried it on WIndows 98 Box and it returned the following error " not a valid win32 application"
Can you please send the correct procedure for the downloading of this application.
