Creating a New Application Catalog?

I have been trying to create a new application catalog in SQL server with Adminstudio 5.5. But it doesnt allow me to specify a new catalog name, as mentioned in the help. When I try to select one of the existing databases as catalog it prompts me an error saying

"This is not a valid conflictsolver\workflow database"....

Whats going wrong?

Could some one please help me in creating an application catalog with Adminstudio 5.5?

It took 2-3 man hours for me to find the solution...!!!

Okey...Here it goes:
There is a SQL script which you need to run on the server machine. Basically this script will configure the database to be used as an application catalog. Once it is configured you can connect it from any machines which has conflictsolver, provided the machine is on the network!

The script file is very much availble with Adminstudio(AsSchema.sql). You can change the script to match with your requirements...
