Hello, we are developing out process for evaluating our applications for Windows 7 compatibility, and we've run into problems with the data from Compatibility Solver that is read by Application Manager in the Application Compatibility Dashboard is corrupted.
The issue occurs when we have multiple users sharing the Compatability Solver Database. It seems that one user locks the database by running the reports against a small number of applications. Applications all show as having not been tested, despite re-running the tests over and over again.
I've reproduced the problem on a single machine by logging on as different users. I'm perplexed in both how to share the tool in a multi-user environment with there problems, how to determine who the problem, or how to resolve the issue.
