Adminstudio 3.01 update Bug

There is a Bug in the 3.01 Patch

Test system:

- Clean formated disk with:
- Windows 2000 SP2 Slipstream
- SRP1
- MDAC 2.7
- AdminStudio 3.0 Pro Retail

The issue:

1.)
The file

.\AdminStudio\3.0\Author\Program\0409\SVuWelcome.htm

can't be Patched:

Product: InstallShield AdminStudio 3.01 Professional -- Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT748.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor. System Error: -1072807676

This is been verifyed 3 Times

2.)
The PatchInstaller creates a folder named "System" on the Drive 😧 where it place 3 Files and dont clean them up after finish.

D:\System\msxml3.dll
D:\System\msxml3a.dll
D:\System\msxml3r.dll

2) This is a known issue with the 3.01 setup.

Neither issue adversely affects the product after it has been updated. Please let us know if you are encounter any additional problems.
