I've seen this exact same issue before, can I validate, did you update the Integration recently? Did you have the XML version of the adapter and changed it to the APP from the Store?

The SSO Integration allows for you to use your, or your customers own authentication, but does not allow for you to "migrate" users automatically.
Each user will still have to be created in FNMS but will utilize your chosen SSO to authenticate.
