Vishnu, Curious if you have looked at the logs for the import. See if the logs may point you in the direction needed. Perhaps it is rejected these records due to the settings that need to be adjusted (like user blacklist). Hope that helps! -Larry

That does not give you much to go on except to give to Support. Curious if you tried clearing your browser cache? I am able to get to Data Inputs page from IE, Chrome and FireFox. I would assume that both of us are using the NA instance of the FNMS cloud. That tells me that it is your instance specifically, or something local to your machine. You try from another machine? I am curious if anybody has integrated FNMS (cloud) with their SSO and how users and there data were migrated? Is there a migration path for reports created under those user profiles? Or is there no migration capability? Thanks in advance for the insights! -Larry

Do you have a way to export the CI table from ServiceNow? Are you using the FNMS adapter for ServiceNow for importing your assets? Is this a 1 time load or do you want to consistently connect the 2 systems for updating the Inventory? What feeds ServiceNow the inventory? ServiceNow Discovery? -Larry

Mark_m, Is this OnPremise or SaaS? Have you tried logging out, clearing the browser cache and logging back in? I am using the SaaS version and Analytics area occasionally does not open as expected. I cannot say for sure that the error you reported is the same that I have seen but perhaps it will still work. Thanks, Larry

Hello Community! My name is Larry Murphy and I am currently titled as a Sr. Data Scientist but I am the ITAM Technical Lead. Currently located in a northern suburb of Chicago. I have been working with Flexera and their products for almost 5 years now. We utilize FNMS (SaaS), FNMEA, and FSM at my corporation.
