All installs are performed with a GUI. The JRE is version 1.6_26

HiThis has been reported in Win2003 - 32bit , Win2008 -32bit , and Win2003 -64bit. Attempts to upgrade result in the installer hanging on "Installing JRE". Only when you try to uninstall does the error dialog come up.

We had the same problem when doing a modify. The only solution available to us was to unsign the jars which were the dependencies. Still looking for a real solution to the problem....
