Win32 exception

Hello All,

I made installer with following configuration:
- Accesssing 64 bit registry key
- Pack with 32 bit vm
- WoW emulation setting (Doesn't matter it is enabled or disabled problem exists)

once i start installation it completes it but with a warning message.
Warning is:

"Win32Exception"

you can see the log file, it is attached.
