Hi @jaisonmonson , In the Normalize UI settings, you'll find details about where your unmatched file is stored locally.  You'll also find an option (which is enable by default) to have the unmatched file automatically sent to Flexera for processing according to Technopedia resolution goals. Hi @PanLuang , RQuinn was referring to a single sign-on option which is coming as part of Flexera's soon to be released cloud offerings  (e.g. Data Platform Cloud) which will have SSO.
