Is there any planed updates to the "Technopedia Catalog 3.5.0 Deployment Guide" found through the link below? The document is dated May 8th, 2017 and references an old version of ServiceNow. What is the future direction to obtain core Technopedia catalog data (not discovery data) into ServiceNow?
The current Technopedia Updateset has been tested with the latest New York release. It’s being actively used by many customers. Thank you. While looking to update current integration, will you also be looking at mapping software data to the appropriate ServiceNow tables provided OOB with the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Foundation plugin? For example: Software product data to the SN Software Product Model table, software version data to the SN Software Model table, manufacturer lifecycle to lifecycle table, etc..
We are reviewing all aspects of the current integration, including which tables we load content into. We're aware that the implementation today causes some issues in this regards, so we're taking that feedback on board.
