The slightly longer answer is that if you are working with FlexNet Manager Suite (on-premises) they you may find some artefacts related to deleted records in the ComplianceHistory view in the compliance database, and if inventory devices have consumed IBM PVU licenses then you will also find some records are retained with an "archived" status. ... I have a question on Adobe Acrobat Pro. Flexera set up our original implementation on this product. I have a direct connect to my Adobe CC products in SaaS and that works fine. However,  I was told by Flexera to set up Acrobat Pro as a standard on prem user subscription license. I did that and I am getting messages where entitlements can't be applied. See case 02727850. @sasikumar_r , Just a thought are these Windows hosts? As I have seen this before that the VMware container name differs to the actual host name of the guest. What I would look for is this >  Look at the hostname of the actual guest, I would the hostname of the actual guest to be representative of the .ndi Tst123 for example - so this could be your first clue.  I'm not sure if you are using FNMS or ITAM - but I would then look in "All Inventory" and use the column chooser and also select VM name - as that takes the container name if you are also connected to vCenter inventory. The upgrade should leave the task you manually created. This task should run in tandem with the tasks created by the beacon. You may see some locking errors in the log if the tasks are trying to upload the same file and the same time. We would therefore recommend that you disable your custom task. We use the ndupload for special network segments to upload the NDI's with only 80/443 open. The thing that goes wrong in your statement is that you are trying to use SMB instead of HTTP. Hello @gsc_mysam_sggl.  In terms of the clients, which version of OS are these agents installed on?  My initial thought would be, depending on security concerns and version of Windows Server the beacon is installed on.
