Hello, We have an on premise implementation 2022 R1, we connected to Azure and import the data on a daily basis. We rolled out agent on Azure VM or import the data via SCCM I know that the linkage between Azure import and inventory is done on UUID that is come from the inventory is linked with the InstanceCloudID. The question is that I see in the Cloud inventory, only half of the devices are linked with inventory, my problem is that I can't see in the Azure import the host name of the devices that are not appearing.  If I go to the Azure team they are asking me to provide them the host name, if I ask them to provide InstanceCloudID, they are unable to provide this information.  Also I have option to delete something from Cloud inventory, I was expecting if the device is no longer in the Azure Import to be deleted, but this is not the case. Hello, I have a customer where I encounter the following issue. FNMS 2021 R1, the tasks get hanged, especially PreCalc.  I activated the shadowhost logging to see what are send over to batchprocessor, and I found the following in log file If you see, there is an exec command, but it's missing the "@" parameter, and I think that's the reason why is failing, in the second print screen, I executed the same in SQL and if I put the parameter it return me something. Hello Community, I facing the following issue for one of my customer. We enabled the internet via a proxy, white listing the *.managesoft.com domain, the issue is that when I try automatically to download the ARL I receive a HTTPS error. When I try to open the webpage in IE, I receive the same certificate error, when I check the certificate chain, it show me only the proxysurf server, which is the proxy server. And I was thinking if there is a way to disable certificate check or how to fix this issue. CheckServerCertificate and CheckRevocationServer put on false seems to not solve my issue.
