You are not connecting from an allowed IP address. Please contact your master account so that he can enable your IP address.
We are not able to login anymore (https://csi7.secunia.com and https://svm.flexera.com/svm/ ). We get the message: "You are not connecting from an allowed IP address. Please contact your master account so that he can enable your IP address.". It worked at least until last friday. Yes, we set an IP-filter, but our public IP still is the same.
Anyone else having this problem?

The most likely cause of this is that the IP address you are connecting from while accessing the SVM site has changed, and Flexera will need to update the allowed list of IP addresses to include your new address.
You will need to contact Flexera to arrange that.
I haven't seen any other recent reports of this issue affecting others, so expect it is your IP address changing rather than a general problem.
