What is a "Click-Through Purchase?"

When I attempt to install the SVM plug-in for IE, I get prompted to agree with the "Click-Through Purchase Agreement" (see attached screen shot). I don't remember seeing this before.

The link pulls up long-winded agreement, which does not really clarify what this is. I searched the community site, but did not come up with any further discussion/description of this.

Do others know what this is? Thanks.

A click-through purchase agreement is the license agreement/contract that you must agree to in order to install and use the software. If you do are unwilling or unable to agree to the terms of the license agreement, you should not proceed with installing the software.
