Symptoms: The SVM agents are showing check-in date and time in single host agents tab but the last scan field is not updating.

Solution: Log in to your SVM on-premise Linux server via putty session and check the below things.

  • Check the space at the server with the following command: Df -h 
    If the server didn't have enough space available, please try to add more space at the SVM on-premise Linux server.

  • Check the scan daemon service if it is running fine: service scandaemon status
    if the scandaemon service is not running then please execute the following command: service scandaemon start
