Hi I need to know how to either suppress alerts that the RISC appliance is offline (we are done with our assessment) or end the assessment.
Answer:
To stop the platform from sending offline notifications, you can select 'End Assessment' in the RN150 Status page when collection has ended and the RN150 appliance is no longer needed. In the event that the RN150 is deleted or no longer reachable, you will need to open a support ticket and request the assessment be ‘ended’. Once the assessment reaches the ‘end’ state, the platform will no longer send offline notifications.
