We have deleted the RISC appliance servers from our network, but all parties keep getting an offline email regularly. Would you please help me in stop getting below messages to all parties?



The user must open a support ticket and request the assessment be moved to a complete state.  For assessments going forward, a user can log into the RN150 appliance, select the 'Status' page, and select 'End Assessment' when collection has stopped and the RN150 appliance is no longer required.
