Question:
I clicked end assessment and now I cannot request a rescan. How do I restart the scan?


Answer:
Please note that selecting End Assessment will cause RN150 appliance to stop collection and no further scans can be selected. Typically, the user will select 'End Assessment' after all collection is completed and the RN150 is no longer needed. You will need to open a support case to have the assessment opened for additional scans/collection.
