How to validate that all prerequisites of the servers being scanned are meeting all prerequisites before the burst?

Successful discovery & inventory of assets during the Discovery phase serves as validation of prerequisites being met prior to beginning performance scanning.  In other words, proper access (prereqs) is needed for Inventory and generally speaking you apply licenses after successful inventory.  *Note licensing is not required during Discovery/Inventory phase.
