Can't start rescan on rn150

We are running into an issue where we can't start a rescan on the rn150 server after adding in more subnets.

Hello- a rescan cannot be started if the appliance is in a "complete" state.  Please open a technical support case and the support team can help update the state of the RN150 to allow additional rescans.
