We are getting below warning while executing mgspolicy command in Beacon server. Once I click on Yes then again it will give warning at next step.
Can someone help on this why we are getting this warning?

Are you still having this issue with Flexera One?
I'm asking as per https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Suite-Known/Known-Issue-Package-installation-attempts-when-updating-agent/ta-p/240411 this should have been fixed with the February 2024 release of Flexera One. If you're still experiencing the issue I would recommend opening a support case, if you haven't already.
