How to assign role to a employee within the organization in flexera one?

Hi Team!

Need help here urgent!

My customer has one requirement. 

He wants to assign only "view" role in flexera one to one of its employee not users

Suppose, i want to give only "view " role in Hardware tab or any other tab mentioned on left side in flexera one to one of my employee.

How to do that?
