How to Bypass Agent connection through Proxy Server

We have installed Flexera on the On-premises network and trying to deploy its agents on Oracle cloud VM instances.

On Oracle cloud, we have 2 regions one is the primary region and the other is Secondary for disaster recovery.

On the primary region, we were able to configure the agents and capture the inventory on the On-premises.

But the issue is on the Secondary region as it doesn't have direct internet access and should go through a proxy server that is in the primary region.  So to go through the proxy server in which config file we need to update.

But we have other oracle agents which communicate fine by just passing proxy_host and poxy_port while installing agents.

I can see that you have obscured the proxy and beacon names but from the log I can see that it correctly identified the proxy.

The error indicates a connection error, so either the device cannot use the proxy, the proxy is not passing the traffic, or the beacon is not accepting the traffic.
