Hey folks,
We're wondering why one of our Adobe licenses is considered "At Risk." We have 31 purchased licenses, and currently, 28 are being consumed. So, there are still 3 licenses available.
On the License Page, it says "At risk - Consumed quantity greater than purchased." This is not the case.
Do you have any idea why the license is considered "At Risk"? I've attached a screenshot for clarification.
Thank you!
Cheers,
Max

I think you can check the applications and under it you can check all the machines from where you are getting evidence.

Raw usage count is 43. Is not it the reason to show "at risk"

Hey, thank you for the input! I'm wondering where I can check the raw usage and see more details. Under the consumption tab of the mentioned license, I can only see 28 results.
Is there a breakdown of the raw usage count (in this case, 43)?
I've skimmed through the documentation but wasn't able to find any detailed information on 'raw usage count.'
