Hello,
Flexera Agent has been installed in the server and I see the data being captured except for usage & Consumption & Allocation data is not being captured or calculated, Kindly guide me or help me to understand what went wrong since the automation is place, how do we capture license consumption or usage detail in the flexeraOne

Have you configured the agent to collect usage data? The following article contains information on how to enable this feature and what is collected: https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Blog/Application-usage-metering-using-the-FlexNet-inventory-agent/ba-p/146015
Allocations are something that you have to do manually. You can use the Apply Allocations and Exemptions page under the Licenses menu to do this in bulk: https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITAssets/License_Allocations_Exemptions.htm
Consumption is not something collected by the agent. You need to make sure that you have created a license (https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITAssets/Lic-CreateLic.htm) which includes the applications installed on the devices (https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITAssets/LicProp-ApplicationsTab.htm). Then as part of the overnight reconcile process the installations reported on the devices will consume against the corresponding license.

Thank you for the update, what role the Business adaptor plays here? will the adaptor help in calculating or capturing the consumption of the license by the user or device.

You can use a business adapter to make an allocation to a license: https://docs.flexera.com/fnms/EN/BusnAdap/index.html#mgsbi/DMreference/FBIDM-SoftwareAllocation.html
An allocation is only need for a Named User license (https://docs.flexera.com/fnms/EN/WebHelp/index.html#glossaries/licType_NamedUser.html) or to force a device to consume a license even when the installation is not present.
As part of the overnight reconcile, other license types will get consumption based on the installation of an application linked to that license being found on a device with a status of active.
