Allocate Azure RI usage to a Billing Center?

Is there a way to allocate Azure RI usage to a Billing Center?  For example, customer has purchased RI via Microsoft EA and would like to show/charge back RI spend based on usage of resource.

Hi Wyseguy, we don't currently support usage-based RI reallocation, but are tracking this enhancement request in our roadmap backlog.
