AUTO ALLOCATE DEVICES TO A SPECIFIC ORGANIZATION

Hi everyone!

Is there some way to create rules on Flexera One - ITAM to auto allocate devices in the organizations based on rules like domain, hostname, etc.?

@rafael_viana - For a Device or User based license, you can create a "Restriction" based on an Enterprise Group.  For example, only consume against this license if the Inventory Device is assigned to the "Europe" location.

For other attributes such as the Domain Name, Host Name, or IP Address you can build a Business Adapter to find devices based on a specific criteria and then allocate them to the correct license.
