Has anyone come across documentation for APIs available via the URL above? The developer site does not have these documented but I am finding hints of them in PowerBI reports etc...

APIs at api.fsm.flexeraeng.com endpoints are not public APIs, and are not publicly documented.

Public SaaS management APIs are at api.flexera.* endpoints, and are documented here: https://developer.flexera.com/docs/api/saas/v1
