Flexera One ITAM update for May 2022

We are pleased to inform you that the May 2022 update (release number 2022 R1.1) of Flexera One ITAM is deployed to UAT environments on April 29 and the production environment in Europe on May 5^th. We are planning to upgrade North America on May 10.

Please note upgrade schedule is subject to change, you will be notified in the event that we need to modify the upgrade schedule date. If you have any questions about this release or upgrade, please ask through the community or contact Customer Support.

Following are the features and improvements included in the May update

VMware Horizon adapter for collecting non-persistent VDI data(The new VMware Horizon adapter allows you to collect non-persistent VDI data from VMware Horizon and import it into IT Asset Management)

IBM VPC license consumption reports(The IBM VPC License Consumption report is an audit report that displays the consumption details of all VPC-licensed IBM products that are not bundled)

IBM PVU license consumption reports extension(The IBM PVU License Consumption reports now provide visibility into IBM PVU Point used for each device contribution to peak calculation, was customized or standard published by Flexera ARL Library)

Export Signed IBM License Consumption Reports (Now Flexera ITAM provides option to export signed IBM consumption reports along with out-of-date inventory visibility)

Horizon Virtual Desktops Access Mode Added to Installer and File Evidence

Two additional tabs (VDIs, AD Groups) have been added to the Virtual Desktop Template Properties page

An additional new license assignment failure reason has been added

The generation of the Oracle GLAS evidence archive has been added as a system task

Inventory Agent change log

FlexNet Beacon change log

Resolved issues published

Hi.. is this only available for Cloud customers or it was implemented on On-Prem FNMS 2022 R1 as well?

If not, is there a road map when this can be enabled on On-Prem

@carlos_quiros - the changes in this Flexera One ITAM update will mostly have been done after the FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R1 release, so would likely appear (where relevant) in the next release. I'm not aware of any publicly announced timeframe for that release at this point.
