Known Issue: WMI evidence reader unable to read multiple Adobe swidtags within NDI files (IOJ-2160254)
Summary
Details about installations of various Adobe applications that are gathered by the FlexNet inventory agent are imported from software ID tag (swidtag) files, and represented as "WMI evidence" that can be matched by ARL rules for recognizing the installations.
The logic in the import process does not reliably handle cases where multiple Adobe swidtag files exist on a computer, potentially leading to installations of Adobe software being incompletely recognized.
Fix status
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2020 R2.4 / May 2021 (Cloud), 2021 R1 (On Premises)
