Opening the Inventory Device Matching page may result in the data either taking an extended period of time to load, or may not load at all and eventually show a red bar error.
This issue is caused by a database query that can perform poorly for some shapes of data.
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2021 R1.4 / Mar 2022 (Cloud), 2022 R1 (On Premises)

Will this enhancement be backported to existing releases?
@mfranz - I cannot find any indication of plans to generally backport a fix for this to multiple previous releases. If you believe you may be affected by this issue and need some sort of immediate remediation for a particular version then I would suggest reaching out to Flexera Support to discuss options.
