When an application recognition library (ARL) update is applied that attempts to delete an application that is referenced in Technopedia crosswalk data, the update may fail.
When this issue occurs, logging similar to the following appears in the C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\recognition.log file generated by the library update process:
2021-01-27 17:42:59,243 [ecognition.Recognition] [INFO ] SQL Server returned error code 547 : line: 154 The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_TechnopediaProductReleaseInfo_SoftwareTitleID_TS". The conflict occurred in database "FNMSCompliance", table "dbo.TechnopediaProductReleaseInfo_MT", column 'SoftwareTitleID_S'.
This issue is caused by a logic error which results in the referencing Technopedia crosswalk data not being deleted.
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2022 R2 (On Premises), 2022 R2 / Nov 2022 (Cloud)
Affected components: Content libraries, Integration: Technopedia
Master issue ID: IOK-928098

Hi Flexera support,
Do we have the fix released for this issue yet? One of our customer is having the same issue and it is affecting the ARL update atm.
Please let us know if you have the fix ready. Thank you.

@longdinh - I know Flexera Support worked with one of your customers yesterday to resolve this issue for one of your customers who had recently upgraded to the FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R2 release. If you have a 2nd customer being affected then please log a case.
