The above error is a bug in FNMS cloud only

Symptoms

When the maximum device limit is reached, on 2015 R2 cloud we see the following warning message:

Your 30-day grace period has expired. Creation of new device records is disabled until you comply with your FNMS license terms.

Cause

This a Bug. There is no longer a 30 day grace period in 2015 R2. Customers are now stopped from importing new devices as soon as they reach their limit. However the message remains, and it is now wrong - it should make no mention of a 30 day grace period since there is now no grace period.
