Summary
This article contains the bug number that covers a known issue related to the error when accessing unprocessed purchases.
Symptoms
We can't access Unprocessed Purchases because of an Red Bar error. This problem affects all users. We executed the following steps:
- Opened the WebUI.config file and changed "INFO" to "DEBUG" under ""
- Reproduced the problem until we got the error again.
- Reverted the changes in the WebUI.config files.
We can provide you with the error ID and the WebUI.log file.
Resolution
Bug reported in FNMS-21664 and has been fixed in FlexNet Manager Suite 2015 R2 SP4
