Where do I find the Citrix XenApp server agent download?
Synopsis
Unable to locate download of XenApp server agent on Flexera site.
Workaround
The XenApp Server agent is part of our Product & Licensing Center which you can access through the Customer Community using the steps below:
1. Logon to the Customer Community as you do for cases.
2. Instead of the Cases menu, click on Downloads
3. There are 2 buttons which say "Access Above Products" - you want the one at the bottom.
4. This will open our PLC site; on the right under Downloads, choose "Flexnet Manager Platform"
5. Then choose "FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud 2017 R3" or the latest version.
Within the list of downloads is the "Adapter Tools" - this contains all additional adapter files such as the XenApp server agent, ServiceNow adapter, BMC Discovery (ADDM) agent and others that need a special adapter tool installing.
