Symptoms
ComplianceReader.exe does not launch when running a manual reconciliation from the UI.
Resolution
Make sure that the following Windows service is running ?
FlexNet Manager Suite Batch Process Scheduler
If it is, try restarting it before attempting another reconciliation. If ComplianceReader.exe still fails to start up check the BatchProcessScheduler.log file for any errors -
(X:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\BatchProcessScheduler)
