This article contains a new update set (FNMS_ServiceNow_Integration_v40_Update-01.xml). This update set is only to be used if you have previously installed version 4.0 of the ServiceNow integration app using an Update Set.
Important! If this is your first ever install of the FlexNet Manager Suite integration app for ServiceNow, do not apply the update set XML attached to this article. Instead you must install it from the ServiceNow Store. Also, if you have previously installed the integration app from the ServiceNow Store, all updates must also installed from the ServiceNow Store.
This update has been certified by ServiceNow and now includes support for ServiceNow Madrid and resolves the following Known Issues in the integration app:

To apply the attached update set XML file, you must have previously installed version 4.0 of the FlexNet Manager Suite Integration App for ServiceNow by applying an update set (as opposed to updating the integration app from the ServiceNow Store).
