"All Discoverd Devices" - ambiguities in the display of "Agent installed"

Hi,

on SuSe Linux Server we have already successfully installed the agent and regularly receive the inventory information.

Server 1 shows in the "All Discovered Devices" overview with the  following options

  • Inventoried: YES
  • Agent Installed: YES

Server 2 shows in the "All Discovered Devices" overview with the  following options

  • Inventoried: YES
  • Agent Installed: NO

I have checked the two inventories accordingly and on both of them the FlexNet agent is correctly recognized as installed application. For this reason, the question arises for me and the customer, why is incorrect information often displayed in this overview.
