ndi in bad logs for invalid tenant

Hi, I have a really big number of ndi files, zipped in gz format, in the BadLogs folder of the Application server.

They are in a folder called "invalidtenant" do any of you knows the meaning of this error?

Thank you community

Hi,

have you checked the TenantUID in the registry of the beacon server?

Kind regards

No and actually I don't know where to check it and what it is.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Common
in the registry of the beacon server

Hi,

I got into this as I'm seeing some ndi files as well on my invalid tenants. Then I checked this registry key you referred to but my TenantUID is blank. Does it have to be anything?

@jjoaquin

The TenantUID value is irrelevant if you're not running in a multi-tenanted FNMS environment.

Thanks,
